We put a lot of thought and research into deciding our seasonal theme for our gift boxes. This involves learning about the brands that we want to feature and deciding whether they align with our brand mission and aesthetic.

We notify our email subscribers with sneak peaks of what we’ll be featuring in our gift box. Subscribers to our email list get pushed to the top of our priority list for first dibs on our drops. Then we notify the general public that our presale is live! This is the timeframe during which you can buy our boxes which lasts around 2 weeks.

Presale closes. While we want to provide access to everyone, we create our boxes in limited quantities so you’d better act quickly to snag one before they’re gone.

We send you confirmation of purchase. You’re excited, and eager to get your hands on your new box. Please bear in mind, especially if you order in the beginning of our presale, that orders will only ship after our presale closes. But no need to worry, we’ll ship them out in order of priority. Once the presale closes, please allow up to two weeks for us to process, package and ship your orders.

Once your order if processed we ship your items and send an email with tracking information.
